What is a Certified Coach?

A Certified Coach is an experienced Classroom Champions teacher who has shown exceptional dedication to our organization and its social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum.

These Coaches play a crucial role by providing one-hour training sessions to teachers in new Classroom Champion schools. For each training session, Certified Coaches earn $100. Trainings are scheduled based on the Coaches' availability.

How do I become a Certified Coach?

Becoming a Certified Coach involves a few straightforward steps:

1. Complete the Certified Coach Application: Start by filling out and submitting the application form.
2. Participate in a 2-hour Zoom Training: Once your application is approved, you'll join a Zoom session for detailed training.
3. Finish the Coaches Course: Complete an online course available on our private teacher community 
4. Share Your Calendar: Provide your availability by sharing your calendar through our Trafft Scheduling program.
5. Schedule a Trial Run: Conduct a trial training session in either Mentorship Live or Champion Mindset, alongside a Classroom Champions coach or trainer.
