I Can't See My School to Complete Registration

If you can't see your school to complete registration on our platform, follow these steps:

1. Check the Postal/Zip Code Format

   Ensure that the postal code you're entering has a space in the middle (if applicable). Some postal codes require this specific format to be recognized correctly in our system. Ensure that there are no extra spaces before or after the code.

2. Use Your School's Postal Code

   Make sure you're entering the postal code for your school, not your home address. The registration process requires the school's postal code to locate the correct institution, so double-check that you're using the correct one.

3. Click on Your School name in the drop down menu to select it.
