What do I need to do to Prepare for My training session?

For Teachers:

Our Certified Coaches are classroom experts and can’t wait to share their insights with you! Whether you’re a Classroom Champions veteran or brand new to the program, here’s how you can get the most out of your training:

• Arrive on time: To ensure an interactive session, it’s best for each teacher to join on their own device.
• Access the Dashboard: Want a head start? You don’t have to access the dashboard or create your account before the training, but it is highly recommended! Ask your Site Champion how to create your account.
• Prepare your questions: This is your chance to ask for advice, clarification, or tips from a coach who has years of experience with the program. Don’t hesitate to bring up anything you’re curious about!

For Site Champions: 

As a Site Champion, you play a key role in organizing the training for your school. Here’s how to ensure a smooth session:

• Book the training: Make sure the date and time work for you and your teachers. We recommend sharing the training details well in advance.
• Encourage individual participation: For the best experience, have each teacher attend on their own device to keep the session interactive.
• Accessing the Dashboard beforehand: While it's not necessary for teachers to create accounts before the training, it’s highly recommended. This allows them to explore the platform in advance, prepare any questions, and make the most of their time with the trainer.
• Share the recorded session: After the training, we’ll send a recording. Be sure to share this with any teachers who couldn’t attend or who may need a refresher.
